Vinyasa Yoga Flow

Modern but traditional style of Yoga, a Vinyasa flow invites you to explore the changing of yoga poses, with flexibility and observation of your own body.

In this class, Myriam takes you through traditional postures linked with mindful breathing techniques, stimulating the core muscles and the cardiovascular system.

Dynamic or slow, your own experience of Vinyasa Yoga evolves as your practice deepens.

Classes are tailored for all levels.

about me

Myriam is an experienced 12-year Yoga & Meditation Instructor.

She first started her career in France in the TV and luxury fields. After a few years in Asia, she moved to Dubai. At 28 years old, Myriam was diagnosed with late-stage lymphatic cancer. Following her complete healing, Myriam built within her company in 2014 a major CSR project that aimed at helping other female cancer patients to keep up courage, positivity, feeling beautiful on the inside and the outside. Brands such as L’Oréal supported this cause. In 2015, Myriam was awarded with a CSR Excellence recognition. Myriam conveys her message of mindful self-love, strength, and mind positivity through various editorials and her successful blog that she co-founded in 2017, .

Based in St Gallen, Myriam includes in her classes traditional asana postures, deep breathing exercises and mindful meditation. She will help you to find your inner peace, gain in flexibility or core strengthen, and experience positive life changes.

Conference Speaker and Yoga Instructor at The University of Wollongong Dubai, The University of St Gallen, and The American Hospital, her teachings are spread towards a large clientele notably royal family members of Dubai and renowned corporates.
